On April 7-24, 2017 a big game took place again on the interuniversity platform Marketorium in Saint Petersburg. With the support of Andreeva Olga, teacher of the Department of Management and Marketing, PNRPU students won the highest award – the Grand Prix of the competition.
This year the following events were included in the competition program: the international marketing competition «BigGame 2017», «Spring school 2017» and the forum «Marketing of events». Participants gained a lot of new knowledge and experience of work with real customers. Also they have learnt how to find consumer insight and use it to develop solutions.
The participants had to work hard during extra-mural and intramural stages. Firstly students had to apply for a selection task, form teams and create a game agency. Then they needed to choose customers for bid applications. Luckies chose a customer at once, others continued to work on several bids simultaneously carrying out analytics for them.
At the intramural stage of the tour presentations of agencies, bid applications, analytics and project solutions were selected.
During the competition the strict jury monitored how a team worked during all stages by the following criteria: analytics, work of an agency, updating of groups in social networks, an analytics part and practical decisions on a project.
PNRPU was presented by 3 teams of marketing students.
On April 24, 2017 the winners of the competition were awarded. In total 26 teams took part in the competition.
