PNRPU scientists participated in the 3rd European Conference on Technology Assessment that was held in University College Cork (Ireland) on May 17-19, 2017.
Elena Seredkina, Associate Professor of the Philosophy and Law Department, Head of the research laboratory «RRI_Lab» presented her report «National models of technology assessment: view from Russia» under the session «Towards a Global Technical Assessment».
The session was organized by scientists from the Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (Karlsruhe, Germany): Miltos Ladikas, Constance Schertz and Julia Hahn. Under the session also spoke Russian colleagues from Tomsk Polytechnic University, scientists from German, Belgium, Denmark, China and India.
The perspectives regarding further cooperation between Russian and European scientists if the field of Technology Assessment and possibilities of integration of Russian scientists from Perm and Tomsk to European and international research consortiums will be discussed in the end of June 2017 at the workshop on responsible innovations at the Institute of Humanities and Social Technologies of Tomsk National Research Polytechnic University.
