UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival foreign citizens submit the following documents to the Department of International Relations at PNRPU (room 329, (342) 2198-133):

• Original documents of education
• Recognition of documents of education
• Certificate of testing for Russian Language as a foreign one (Level 1) (if there is such a document)

Foreign citizens get familiarized with:

• The STATUTES of PNRPU
   
• The LICENCE for the chosen academic direction at PNRPU
   
• STATE ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE of PNRPU
   
• INTERNAL REGULATIONS at PNRPU
   
• The RULES of ENROLMENT at PNRPU
   
• The Rights of Appeal at PNRPU
   
• Migration Rules for foreign citizens in RF

Foreign citizens submit the following documents:

• International passport
• Migration card with a SCP stamp

IMPORTANT

Foreign citizens must submit international passport and migration card to the Department of International Relations of PNRPU within 3 working days after entrance date on territory of RF specified in a migration card (SCP stamp).

• Original Medical Certificate (086U), Certificate of Vaccination, Certificate for HIV-infection test negative results issued within six months before foreign citizens apply for education at PNRPU
• 10 PHOTOS (3x4, matt)

Foreign citizens are allowed to undergo entrance tests if they submit all required documents .
