Technologies

The laboratory has extensive capabilities in additive manufacturing of objects of complex shape and internal structure made of thermoplastic polymeric materials:

• FFF/FDM 3D printing with standard (ABS, PLA, PP, etc.), engineering (ASA, PC, etc.), high-temperature (PEEK, PEKK, PEEK+CF) and filled (ABS+CF, ABS+GF, PEEK+CF) thermoplastic polymers.
• 3D printing using selective laser sintering (SLS).
• 3D printing with thermoplastics reinforced with continuous carbon fibers.
• Multi-axis 3D printing with continuous composite fiber reinforcement along arbitrary trajectory.
