A Series of Seminars “Ideas.Technologies.Education.” at PNRPU

 Today is a start of the project between ANO eNano and UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education called a series of open seminars “Ideas.Technologies.Education”.
The project mission is promoting advanced ideas of ICT in education due to innovative technologies of e-learning and distance educational technologies, informing of world tendencies and best examples in e-learning and improving engineering education.
The target of the open seminars is informing of advanced achievements of ICT in education, show new tools of e-learning and innovation technologies of academic staff development, discuss current problems of ICT in education with experts and leading scientists and share the experience.
The open seminars will be devoted to development of educational standards, setting and using open educational resources for nanoindustry, e-learning technologies in engineering courses, development of e-learning resources and mass online-resources, introducing virtual laboratories, digital educational simulators and remote practice, development of cloud services and technologies.

The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education was established as an integral part of UNESCO by the General Conference of UNESCO and is located in Moscow, Russian Federation. According to its Statutes, the Institute contributes to the design and implementation of the programmes of the Organization in regard to application of information and communication technologies in education. Hence, IITE serves a specific purpose within the fields of competence of UNESCO. It is principally programme-driven, responds to both global and country needs, is a part of an operational network of UNESCO structures and supports the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Medium-Term Strategy as well as the programme priorities of UNESCO, as approved by the General Conference.

Accumulated experience allowed IITE to become a unique international expertise and resource centre, offering advice and guidance on reinforcing national potentials in ICT usage in education in the world.
