November 6, 2013, was the date of TECHNOSCHOOL project presentation. It is a unique project of Aerospace Faculty to create an engineering educational institution based in school 129. PNRPU is one of the major partners in this project.
The opening gathered a lot of people: A.Yu. Makhovikov - Head of Perm Administration, L.A. Gadzhieva - Head of Education Department, R.V. Bulbovich - Dean of Aerospace Faculty, A.D. Dicheskul - Director of Perm Aviation Technical School, M.G. Tselischev - Deputy Head of OAO Proton-PM and others.
The presentation was started with the round table when Tamara Churilova - Director of School 129 told about the TECHNOSCHOOL project, its development and partnership with PNRPU, ОАО Proton-PM and Aviation Technical School. The project will help pupils to understand their professional identity, increase the number of graduates able to continue education in high technology engineering.
After that, the pupils and teachers told about the engineering design courses to build up special technical mindset, get knowledge and skills in engineering design. For instance, a 3D-modelling course helps pupils to create models using Solid Works. The pupils could demonstrate their skills during the master class.

Establishing TECHNOSCHOOL is part of NOVY ZVEZDNY TECHNOPOLIS project which has been approved by the Chairman of Perm krai Government in the area of “Developing the academic infrastructure of the cluster”. The unique educational institution was stimulated with an increasing interest of young people in technical subjects due to a new approach in the educational processes. The educational programme of School 129 obtained an innovative status in August 2013 during the meeting of Innovations Expert Board in Perm krai education system.
