Lecture meetings with professor Alexander Sladkovsky (transport department) of the Silesian University of Technology (Poland) were held on March 24-25 in PNRPU as part of the Tempus international cooperation for creation of European level masters degrees.
The following topics were discussed:
1. The implementation of the Bologna agreement in the European context. Advantages and disadvantages (Poland experience).
2. Modern teaching technologies:
1) Conducting lectures and workshops;
2) Interactive forms of learning;
3) Organization of independent work of students;
4) Organization and scheduling of workshops;
5) Education quality control;
6) Organization of employment of graduates. Communication with businesses.
3. Technological cycle:
1) Implementing recycling ideology into the processes of development, manufacture and operation of technical equipment;
2) Ideology of development of urban transport and engineering systems in consideration of climate conditions;
3) Modern state of the power industry and development prospects of the energy sector in the European context (Poland experience).
