Foreign scientists hold a series of master classes at PNRPU

The department of architecture and urban studies continues its series of workshops within the project for "Optimization and risk assessment of spatial distribution of housing, civil, and industrial objects for various settlement system scenarios."The training course will be held from October 27 to November 7, 2014.

On 27 - 31 October the Faculty of Architecture of the Free University of Brussels (Belgium) Professor Didier Vanсutsem will give lectures on analysis and development of planning concepts; city settlement structures and others.;
On 28 October a project seminar for Master's students led by Professor D. Vancutsema on "Urban planning" for the study of the prospects of PNRPU campus development;
On 31 October everyone is invited to an open lecture on "Agglomeration. European spatial planning databases";
On 3 - 7 November master classes on "Strategic planning in urban development" by the head of the Department of Urban Development and Regional Planning of Gdansk University of Technology Professor Piotr Lorens.
On 3 - 4 November within the project seminar by Piotr Lorens Master's students will assess the risks of increasing the density of urban development in the Sverdlovsk district of Perm.
On 7 November everyone is invited to a public speech that completes the series of lectures by Professor Piotr Lorens on "The role of public participation in urban development politics."
Lectures and master classes will be held at the PNRPU Civil Engineering Faculty, room 414.The official language of master classes is English!
