From 3 to 16 November 2014 a series of Innovation Corridor events was held in the US with participation of representatives of five small innovative enterprises of N.I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod and Perm National Research Polytechnic University.
Small innovative enterprises of PNRPU and UNN presented their new developments in the US, including a unique oscillation damping system, a new method of testing for illegal drugs, equipment for mobile analysis and diagnosis of the state of the cardiovascular system, hi-tech simulator for tower crane operators, IT platforms for evaluation of linguistic abilities using eye movements.
As part of the Innovation Corridor PNRPU and UNN innovative business representatives participated in TAP - the University of Maryland Technology Advancement Programme. The Russian delegation also met with potential investors and partners, as well as participated in specialized networking events that presented new opportunities for business development at the international level.
In addition to the UNN and PNRPU project presentations problems of their advancement to the US market were discussed, as well as further development and expansion of the Innovation Corridor.
