The Kogalym city is the second "Motherland" of Perm Tech

Recently the president of LUKOIL Company Vagit Alekperov and the governor of the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District Natalya Komarova together with Anatoly Tashkinov, the rector of Perm Tech, discussed the issues of the joint work devoted to the Perm Tech branch opening in Kogalym city.

The project is being implemented as a part of triangular contract between the company, Kogalym government and Perm Tech supported by Yugra government.

The engineers for oil and gas industry will be taught according to international standards. The leading Russian and foreign scientists will be given the workshops and classes for future engineers.  

The Perm Tech branch will become the scientific research center of Yugra. According to the plan the total area of the campus will be 19 500 m2!

There will be academic and laboratory buildings, hostels, gym, auditorium , conference hall, bleacher seating of transformer type , canteen and coffee-pot in the campus. The scientific research engineering infrastructure LUKOIL -Engineering will be integrated into the architectural composition.  The building activity will be finished in 2023. Before that the LUKOIL Company together with Perm Tech will promote the branch on the Yugra territory and invite future students living there to study at Perm Tech Kogalym Branch.
