 December 2-4 will be the dates of master classes by Franchesco Seki - Chief Engineer of Sistematica MLab Transport Company. The master classes will be a part of cooperation between Architecture and Urban Studies (PNRPU Civil Engineering Department) and University of Cagliari (Italy).

 December 5-6 will be the dates of the master classes by Professor Rashid Mangushev - Correspondent Member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences from St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The master classes are related to the 60th anniversary of PNRPU. The subject of the master classes is Underground Development in Large Cities.

 November 22 was the date of the International Scientific Conference SHUMPETERIAN READINGS at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.

 In October 2013 the experts decided that Eurasian Mining (a magazine in English of Ore & Metals Publishing House) and PNRPU Mechanics Bulletin would be included into the Scopus database.

 November 26-28 will be the dates of the National Youth Forum OIL, GAS AND MINING wich will take place at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.

 The delegation from Jiangxi province visited Perm National Research Polytechnic University in November 15.

 September 15-26, 2014 will be the dates of Summer School ADVANCED TENDENCES OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AND MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. It will be organized by Automation Microprocessors Department of PRNPU.

 II International Scientific Conference FUNDAMENTAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGIES - PROMISING DEVELOPMENTS will take place in November 28-29.

 PNRPU is starting a new TEMPUS project called "SUCCESS - International MA Course "Ensuring of product life cycle technological processes efficiency" at Russian Universities". This project will assist in reformation and modernization in Engineering and Engineering Trades in the RF.
