training specialists in automation engineering and technological design of machine engineering products.
Programme characteristics:
a good combination of information technologies and traditional machine engineering resulted in “smart machine engineering” which produces engineering tools, instruments and equipment with computer-aided monitoring and control.
Modern software systems for automation of design and technological pre-production contain automation systems for products design, engineering design of technological processes, engineering analysis of structures, computer programming for equipment with numerical control.
However, lack of specialists able to generate and introduce innovations results in lower productivity.
The following Master’s programme combines a fundamental course in innovation technologies, development and exploitation of advanced machine engineering equipment and a practical course in engineering design.
The programme uses a project approach combining an academic course with a real engineering design work at machine engineering enterprises.
