Target of the programme:
training specialists in development and support of intellectual technologies to increase efficiency of socioeconomic system management on basis of the best and most effective use of the real estate objects.
Programme characteristics:
at the moment the real estate management technologies implying development and implementation of investment projects feature low level of motivation and justification of management decisions. This negative phenomenon is in the nature of the system which results from inadequate consideration of human factor and, first and foremost, of inevitable subjectivity of persons who have to take decisions in terms of multi-alternative choice.
This Master’s programme has innovative elements involving unique technologies of motivation and justification of management decisions classified as intellectual because of simulation of behaviour of parties to socioeconomic relationship in real estate, and Decon copywrite software products which obtained state registration.
Specialists in intellectual technologies of real estate management are in demand for construction and other fields of urban studies in which gain in performance of enterprises is quite possible through determination of priorities in intellectual business environment subject to transparency and documentability of proposed decisions.
The programme combines fundamental theoretical knowledge of socioeconomic management systems, project and decision-making theory with a practical training in development and support of innovative intellectual technologies of real estate management.
This Master’s programme is based on the project approach that makes it possible to combine the University course with real projects for Perm City Administration and enterprises – members of the Association of Builders of Perm krai.

the Master’s programme is supported by Management Problems Research and Educational Centre established on basis of Perm National Research Polytechnic University and by the Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow), as well as by PNRPU Scientific and Innovation Centre of Innovation Management, also with Perm household and utility companies.
