    INTEGRATED SYSTEMS OF PRODUCTION MANEGEMENT

    Automation Microprocessors

Head of the programme: Sergei V. Bochkarev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at Automation Microprocessors Department

    Academic degree: Master’s degree.

    Area of study (qualification):
220700.68 Automation of Technological Processes and Production.

    Priority development areas of PNRPU:
Urban Development, Aircraft Engine and Gas-Turbine Technologies.

    Target of the programme:
training of highly skilled specialists with a profound fundamental knowledge of natural sciences, management theory and computer technologies, with good knowledge in humanities and socio-economic subjects, skilled in research work, able to solve complex scientific and technical problems of creating integrated systems for production management and development of their functions.

    Programme characteristics:
governing and regulatory documents and branch standards applicable until the mid-1990s registered high level of production management systems at the national industrial enterprises. However, unfortunately, recently the situation has drastically changed, and, consequently, all achievements in this field were lost. The change of economic structure resulted in reformation and re-orientation of business processes of enterprises (with orientation at “fitting” into the world economy), but it did not affect technological and social aspects. Problems of creating a single integrated management system complying with international quality standards call for scientifically justified linkage between result of enterprise activities to be analyzed and changes in configuration of management system of the enterprise. Comprehensive training of highly skilled specialists with the consistent use of modern information (CAD/CAM/CAE/РDM/CALS) technologies is important. This Master’s programme implies fundamentally new quality of training through system integration of theory, experiment (experimental equipment and research methods), experience and knowledge of allied subjects (education, production structure, science of innovations, intellectual property, electrical engineering) on basis of simulation and modern information technologies to improve available educational programmes and creation of new educational methods, including those used for optimization of design and technological solutions, and methods of their practical implementation. The Master’s programme involves a cross-university cooperation in the form of project weeks “on the road” and joint research work of students both at the Russian (PK9 Department in the Baumann State Technical University, Department of Automatic Drive in Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University) and international levels (Texas University, Z?rich Institute of Independent Studies (Switzerland), and Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Germany)). The Master’s programme supports several scientific and educational trajectories one of which complies with Master’s programme at the Faculty of Information Science and Languages of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, and provides student exchanges (in accordance with the Supplement to Cooperation Contract between Perm National Research Polytechnic University and Anhalt University in Applied Sciences) in the second and third semesters in the format of double degree.

    Target group:
Bachelors of the following areas: 220700.62 Automation of Technological Processes and Production, 222000.62 Innovation Studies, 140400.62 Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering, 220400.62 Management in Technical Systems, 220100.62 System Analysis and Control, 230100.62 Information Science and Computer Science.
