Scientists of Perm Polytech  and Georg Agricola Higher School of Engineering, Germany, have developed a digital model that will allow predicting electricity consumption. Artificial intelligence will help companies not only save money, but also make a profit.

Convenient location of goods and their presentable appearance play an important role in attracting customers. To make the choice the most comfortable, companies use “eye-tracking” technologies. Programmers from Perm Polytech  have created glasses based on neural network algorithms that will allow you to find out which products and interfaces attract visitors the most. The product will help to get a complete picture of the client's behavior and will be cheaper than analogues by about 10 times, according to the developers.

Complex technological facilities are often used in industrial enterprises. To ensure their effective operation, specialists conduct tests using mathematical models. Scientists of Perm Polytech  for the first time created a software package that will optimize the energy supply system and reduce the costs of companies. The developers published the first results of the study in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series. Scientists performed it as part of the state task of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The development was also implemented with the support of the Perm Region and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
